The key to developing a good action plan is to keep reminding yourself that action plans are the tactics which will allow you to execute the strategy developed earlier in your marketing plan. Look at each of the items you have developed and work out the what, when, where, how and who for it.
Your action plan comes down to 3 things to help put your plan in action: 1) What will be done or needs to be done to get your plan in order? This includes the specific jobs or tasks that need to be done. 2) Your time frame. When does it need to be done? When everything will actually be done? etc. 3) Resources allocation. Know where every dollar is spent and where every dollar comes from.
In doing these three things you will have the road map for creating an action plan that will show you what needs to be done and how to get it done.
